Can you do a blind stitch on a sewing machine?
I feel dumb having to ask. I was thinking this would be the best way to seal what I'm sewing after turning it right side out.
My grandmother always used that (she's the one who taught me to sew 3984749857984732 years ago), but if there's another stitch I should use would you suggest it? Also, I've never tried doing a blind stitch on a machine, which I would rather do because I REALLLLLLLLLY don't want to have to take that thread off after all the trouble I've had with it.
Thanks.
Love,
newbie sewer.

I saw this tutorial a few weeks ago. I've never done it though.
YouTube has some video tutorials. This was one thing where I needed to see it in video rather than pictures. You might find a tutorial using your specific machine.
Check your sewing machine manual as well. Did your machine come with a blind hem foot? Though I don't think you have to use a specific blind hem foot. You might be able to use another foot.
The other confusing thing for me was how to fold the fabric! It's easy to do on a scrap of flat fabric, but with pants, it was always so frustrating for me!
But it DOES make life a lot easier. I always did a horrible job hand-sewing my pant hems!
