Appliance Repair...

A great way to end a Monday night is having your washer break, mid cycle!  My H is going to take a look at it tonight and see if he can fix it, I have been googling it and I think I know whats wrong with it. But just in case he can't fix it does anyone know a good appliance repairman that is not super expensive?

I guess it would depend on your location, but I previously used Berkley Appliance,923 East 11 Mile Road, Royal Oak, MI, (248) 548-5029.  I don't remember them being really expensive, and they got the job done.

 I will keep Berkley Appliance in mind,  I didn't even think of them!

It's a little far from you, but I know they do travel a bit.  Bill & Rods Appliance in Livonia is really good - my dad's used them for years for appliance repairs and our apartment landlord uses them to take care of repirs when needed in our complex.

We've used the Appliance Doctor for three different repairs and were really happy each time.  He came out really soon (including the day after Thanksgiving in the morning once) and didn't charge an arm and a leg.  He even told us about a few things we could do so we wouldn't have to have him back out again, in regards to our refrigerator.  I'd highly recommend them.

And though they are "Berkley" Appliance, they are actually located in RO on 11 Mile.

We have also used the appliance doctor.  I would highly recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat!
