Hello Ladies,
I am hopping on over from the Atlanta board as my family and I are possibly looking to relocating to Georgia. What are some good family oriented areas to live in with great schools. Also what is the job market like there for teachers? Thanks for your help.

well, not Charlotte/mecklenburg! Try the counties surrounding: Gaston, Cabarrus, Union, Iredell. CMS is messed up right now. Although I saw an article in the Charlotte Observer that they are hiring 400+ teachers- that's only after laying off 600+ earlier! Not a stable enviroment!
However in those surrounding counties things aren't as bad and within driving distance to Charlotte for anything you may need in the city.
