Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I assume you mean for newborns? I had the Moby wrap and the balboa baby sling, my DD didn't care for either when she was first born, she preferred to be carried in our arms. I never did end up using the balboa sling, but a friend really liked it. I've used the Moby a handful of times now that DD is a little older and she's ok with it. I find it hurts my back a little.
I do have a kokopax carrier that can be used once your LO can sit on their own. I've only used it once so far, but really liked it. There's really no strain on your back and it's not very heavy.
