So, I had this suspected gall bladder issue that started when I was pregnant. I had a really bad attack on Mother's Day, but otherwise hasn't been too bad recently. However, last week I felt like I had a stomach bug -- really crampy stomach, lots of time in the bathroom. I was better over the weekend and then yesterday evening and today it is bad again. Yesterday and today it got so bad when I was at Zumba. I push liquids all day and had gatorade today...
Dr. Google says possibly IBS, but in your experience does it sound like any of your gall bladder stuff?
FWIW: My mom's assistant kept having reoccurring stomach bugs, but it ended up being her gall bladder -- but she was vomiting.

Re: Bekkah...
So I know this is for Bekkah, but I had mine out a couple of years ago so I thought I'd weigh in....
For me the worst symptoms of my gall bladder going bad was the pain in the right upper abdomen.... like to the right of your stomach... that and nausea, lack of appetite... ugh. It was awful. It got better after it came out buuuut it also came with other problems (difficulty eating certain foods after having it out).
I second what Crystal said. These were the symptoms that were specific to the gallbladder, but it certainly made my IBS symptoms way way worse as well. From what I understand from my Gastroenterologist, gallbladder issues can manifest in ways similar to IBS in the begining.
I would go see your doctor and tell him what's going on then see what he thinks the next steps should be. They can usually do a simple ultrasound to check for inflamation or gallstones which would indicate disfunction.
GL! Hopefully you and your doctor can figure it out and get it resolved quickly. I would never wish that kind of problem on anyone... or IBS for that matter.

Thanks. The upper-right pain has been better -- but it could be just there consistently hasn't been that much fat in my diet this summer. I can feel this pain when I breath in really deep..like its always there, just not acute. I've noticed last night and this morning it is much worse laying down flat on my back. Ugh! I'll wait a day or so and hope its just a bug -- though, obviously I knew I had to deal at some point.
