Having a bridal shower outdoors and wanted to get your ideas for things that can be outside without worry.  So far I am thinking veggies and bruschetta.

  • This is where I would look to some plating that can use ice.  There is just only so much that can be left out.
  • well I would say anything could go, just don't try and serve it past the two hour mark of it being out of the fridge.

    Can you plug anything in...

you can do shrimp ON ice

  • You can go with almost anything. If you want to keep food warm then use sternos or some other type of heating source. There are also lots of plates and dishware that uses ice or a cooling mechanism.

Fruits, vegetables, cheese, hummus. I think you can have almost anything.

  • I make an antipasta with mushrooms, artichokes, black and green olives, roasted red pepper, fresh mozz balls all in a balsamic dressing. Then put toasted bread out to go with it. People love it.
