Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I *really* want an excuse to buy a little kitchen torch. I just can't seem to justify it!
I was going to toast mine with my grill lighter. I also can't justify the kitchen torch, despite my great longing for one.

Two words, friends:
Creme. Brulee.
Unfortunately my issue is that I have a total of 4 cabinets (one of which is half width)- one is full of dishware, one is full of pyrex/ corningware/ kitchenaid attachments, one is full of pots and pans and one is full of spices, sauces etc.
Nowhere to safely store a torch.

I'll buy one, keep it at my house, and you can come make me creme brulee and smores cupcakes.
