bwhahaha, those dogs suck, but let me see if they're outside.
My "dangerous breed" Kaya, a 7-yo GSD/Alaskan Husky mix (we think; we got her from a shelter when she was 5 and no one knew for sure). She loves the snow!

the little one is needy, and if he doesn't get attention from us, he gets it from the big one. the big one does his own thing, but the little one will stay pressed to his (or our) side. the little one is *never* alone.

This is our cat Dixie. She's a Maine C**n but is part bird, dog and cat. She was my birthday present a few years ago. This was taken at Christmas in 2009.

Here are a few photos of my little guy, Conan.
He's about 1 1/2 years old and 10 lbs. We think he's a Chihuahua/Toy Fox Terrier mix.
Here is a family photo from this year's Seattle International Beer Festival, even though Conan is eyeing the beer... don't worry, we didn't let him have any, he's still underage

jennlin - do you carry tigger in your purse? I am desperate for a dog that I can carry in my purse but isn't dumb (I think chihuahuas are dumb). I get CRAZY jealous when I'm in a store or something and see someone with a dog in their purse.
mgoss - No offense with the chihuahua comment. Your dog seems much cuter than the typical chihuahua - less rat like.

I went to the grocery store yesterday and was greeted by the humane society van. Lo and behold was the cutest, sweetest dog ever! We put a hold on her and will go visit with her again today to see if it is a good match. She is a cutey! She's a puggle!
We went backpacking/camping this weekend! Satchel has his own backpack:
We wore him out, so he took a nap in the shade:
We had someone take a "family" picture for us. Not sure why DH decided to pick up Satchel...
