Dr. Bronner type products (sans coconut oil)

I've wanted to try Dr. Bronner's and seeing all the various uses below makes me want to buy it even more.  BUT, my H is allergic to coconut.  For sure if he eats it, he will have a horrible reaction.  We do not know if this is true for putting it on his skin/washing clothes/etc. but I'm nervous to try and waste the money or give him a reaction.  I've checked Dr. B's and they all contain coconut oil. Stick out tongue  Anyone know a similar product that is coconut oil free?

  • I'll take the lack of responses as a no. Crying
  • I actually replied yesterday, but i guess TN ate it... And i think the lack of a response is a Friday afternoon post on a slow board...

I don't know the answer, but give it some time.  You might also ask at your coop/etc.

Also, you might have your H do a spot-test to see if he would reacts to topical use.  Have him put a dab of it on the inside of his wrist or elbow and check for a reaction over the next 48 hours.  No reaction and he should be fine to use it.
