Night time nesting just isn't the same...
Re: It's only been a week...
But on a good note, we are scheduled to close on Wednesday (of course, we were scheduled to close two weeks ago but couldn't due to an issue with the selling bank and then again last Thursday and couldn't due to a county tax error). Our LO said he is afraid to call us again with an issue since none of the delays have been our fault, but weird "quirks" that we have been lucky enough to run into.
Hopefully the third time's a charm!

How was the first week? Hopefully the house closes without anymore delays!
Urgh- why is it that the people in charge of making sure buying houses goes smoothly- ALL seem to suck at their jobs? I swear, the only closing I've been involved with that went perfectly was a straight cash purchase. :-p
