New Nestie, and I need inspector recs.
Hello! I spend a lot of time over on TB, but since DH and I are currently in the process of buying a home I have been lurking on TN a lot more often!
We are looking for an inspector for the home we are trying to buy in Vernonia, OR, but we are on a tight budget and want to get the best bang for our buck. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Ask your realtor as they should have some recs, too.
This is the guy we used 3 years ago. He was extremely thorough and I think it was $300
