Dinosaur Birthday

Needing some ideas for a dinosaur birthday for a 3 year old.

Re: Dinosaur Birthday

  • I love this dinosaur party.
Love the idea of having a plastic pool filled with sand and dino toys instead of bones is fun...the kids have to dig to find them.

For your food table have a carnivore and an herbivore section.
Decorate with big palm leaves and burlap.
Give the kids bandannas as a favor they can wear as they excavate and search for hidden dinosaurs you have placed around the party.

  • I'm doing a dinosaur theme for my son's first birthday. It's a bit more modern, and fitting for a baby. I like the party above, because everything looks cute and fun!

For his party, I am doing the labels of herbivores, omnivores, etc. I am doing dino party hats, with spikes on the back of the hats. I'm carving a dinosaur head out of a watermelon. Google for pics. I'll post pics once I have the party. I'm also decorating oranges with blue spots for "dinosaur eggs".  Children can eat them, after they find/hide them.
