30th bday favor??

Hi Ladies, I'm a lurker looking for favor ideas for my DH's surprise 30th bday BBQ.  The theme is southern BBQ...any ideas for a party favor?  I don't want to break the bank on the favors but still feel like I need something.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  TIA

Our advice on here is always to give something edible.  What about sugar cookies shaped like pigs?

(And can I tell you I got a chuckle out of the theme?  I guess it's no different than my friends in Washington state throwing a New England clam bake rehearsal dinner.)

Thanks for the suggestion...I was definitely planning on going the edible route.  My DH loves BBQ food but rarely gets to eat it, so I figured, since it's his party, we will do it up big with lots of Souther BBQ food   lol

What about some homemade barbeque sauce in a mason jar?  Tie it with some rafia ribbon and a cute tag.  Cheap and fun!

Mini apple pies tied up in a berry basket.
