It's going good, I worked out 4 times this week and walked about 10 miles (ok maybe 2 or 3 miles) yesterday in Gettysburg.
I haven't gotten on the scale, but I feel like I may have lost something just because i feel different in my clothes, so I guess that's a good thing. I did break down this morning and ate a ginormous waffle at waffle house, only because we don't have any near us and I saw it and had to have it.
But let's see how it all goes when I get on the scale.
