Well we are moving to the beach! We got an offer on our house (after 2 weeks on the market) and had our inspection on the house 1 mile from the ocean:) So as long as everything moves forward w/ the sale of our house (closing 9/28/11 we will be by the ocean in house A in October.
Thanks so much for all your responses:) We have lots of painting/projects ahead of us! And I'm sure that I'll have questions as we are selling and buying a first for us.
