DAR, UDC, DRT anyone a member?
(That's Daughters of the American Revolution, United Daughters of the Confederacy, and Daughters of the Republic of Texas.)
I am not a member, I'm just curious if there are any young members in the local chapters of these organizations. If so are you active?

I need to join DAR.
Apparently I'm related to the 1st guy to vote for independence, the 1st to approve the Declaration and that signed right after Hancock.
I haven't joined, but I'm eligible for DAR and UDC... and possibly DRT, I can't remember if my mom's a member of that one or not.
My mom actually belongs to chapters in the Dallas area because she said the local meetings were during the day/week (or at least they were a couple of years ago) and she couldn't swing that... the chapters near my aunt's house hold meetings on the weekends.
