Obviously I'm not using CDs, but I've been trying to learn as much as possible from you guys and the CD board on the Bump so that I'm ready if the time ever does come. Well, I was in VT visiting DH's cousin, his wife, and their three month old about 10 days ago. They are using sposies.
So I told her that we'd be at least giving cloth a shot and that it is nothing like it was when we were little. She had been giving six of them already from a friend, but never did anything but pack them up. She called me yesterday and...
SHE'S USING THEM!
I apparently convinced her to at least check them out when I was there and she pulled them out this week. She loves them! No leaks or anything and she loves how soft they are. And, to make it even better, she's buying a set from a woman that had twins for a good price. If/when we need them, she's giving them to us and told me that I'm not allowed to pay since she'll want them back eventually when they have number two. YAY!
I'm finding it hilarious that she's calling me for CD advice (good brands, washing, etc.) and we don't even have a kid. You taught me well, ladies. Good job! :-D
Re: CD Mommas, you'd be proud of me!
