Easy appetizer ideas for fondue night?
My friend is hosting a girl's night this weekend with fondue and martinis. I told her I'd bring an appetizer, and want it to go well with fondue (chocolate, with fruit, cakes pieces, brownies, etc). Also, I need easy, as I am pressed on time and cooking abilities, haha! Any suggestions?

Do I understand this right? You need an appetizer that will pair well with a chocolate sauce fondue? Your options are really pretty limitless. You can do anything. One of my favorite appetizers is "Broccoil in a Boat." All you do is slice thick slices of red bell pepper, spread on some flavored veggie dip (I like a thick spinach dip which you can buy at a grocery store) and then some chopped broccoli. You could also try some "Banana Bites" which is just a vanilla wafer, a dollop of butterscotch pudding, a slice of banana and a swirl of whipped cream. Or coat some caramel covered strawberries and roll them in chopped nuts. Or go a completely different route and make a beer cheese dip (it's easy. I promise) and serve it in a hollowed out bread bowl (also super easy. I promise).
