I just saw on fabric.com that they have the Michael Miller Going Coastal in stock now. I know you were looking for it for the backing of your metro quilt, right? I'm off to order the entire collection - it's just gorgeous!

Thanks for thinking of me!  I got it from Hawthorne Threads a couple of weeks ago- I bought the madras to back the metro quilt and may have purchased a couple of yards of the blue crabs just for fun...  I want the whole thing but I have nowhere to store it!!!

Also, I'm in the process of adjusting the dimensions of the metro quilt, so I'll have a pattern sometime soon I hope- I just need to decide how to widen it appropriately- it is strangely skinny right now.

I have added almost the entire collection to my shopping cart, and then found two other new collections I want to add (Bug A Boo for a friend who is way into bugs and is having a baby - it will be the cutest quilt!). My shopping cart is up to $125. I have to take some stuff out.

Story of my life.  I have 3 more baby quilts to do before I buy more fabric, I'm trying to tell myself. 

Meanwhile, my H is telling me to start an Etsy store (many of these quilts go to his friends who then ask where they can buy something like it) and he doesn't seem to understand that it takes inventory and outlay of start up expenditures to actually get one of those running.
