Infant Boys short Pattern

I don't know if I'm searching the wrong terms but I am not finding anything.
I am making Lederhosen for my 9 month old boy for Oktoberfest and need the short pattern. I really don't want to rip a pair of his apart for it either. Anyone know of a good place for a free one?
