As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

tipping painters?
I have some guys moonlighting for me. They gave me a quote, but am i supposed to tip them on top of that too? It's all cash in hand for them.....

Hmm, tough call. We usually tip a bit, even when we pay in cash - if they did a good job, and were working their assez off. I think its nice to show gratitude.
Like the guys who did our driveway - we gave them $200 extra bucks to split with the crew, and we gave them beer, pop and cookies while they were working.
