The wedding I'm going to (the reception part) is at Windows on the River at the First Energy Powerhouse Building. Still think the dress is formal enough? Or should I get to shopping for something to flatter this belly?

Hmmm, I wish I could be more help, but I'm not really familiar with that place! I go back to Cleveland a couple times a year, but I've never been there.
I still feel like the dress is perfectly fine, though. I mean, if you'll be nervous about it then keep looking and see what you find (you definitely want to feel confident!), but personally I wouldn't hesitate to wear that dress for the type of wedding you described in Cleveland.
