On a regular week, I don't drink much (shut up IRL friends, it's true).  I might have a beer or a glass of wine. 

If it is a week where I am having a GNO or other similar event, I drink a lot.  As in I can make up for 3-4 weeks of maybe having 2 beers or a couple glasses of wine by consuming a couple of bottles of wine in one sitting. 

Yes, I know this isn't healthy.  Yes, I know this is called binge drinking.

This is me, too. I'll be honest- I love to drink. BUT I am not a solo drinker, so I rarely have one at home, even when DH has a glass with dinner.(Now that I think about it, this is pretty much post-kids b/c he and I used to polish off a bottle easy any night of the week.) However, when I go out, I like to have many drinks.

It really depends on the week. DH and I have the occasional beer/wine with dinner at home. Totally depends on what I am making.

If it's a week where we have a lot going on, i.e. GNOs, family stuff, sporting event,etc., definitely binge drinking. lol

I voted pre-pregnancy... 3-4 times a week.  I like to have a glass of wine a couple of nights during the week and we almost always have mexican food with beer/rita's on the weekends.  

I'm a terrible hangover person so I really don't go all out anymore, even on GNO.  It's sad.

Ditto. Occasionally DH and I will have a glass of wine with a meal, or he'll have a beer with dinner. In the summer sometimes we'll have a rum and flavored juice, but that really isn't a regular occurrence. I wish it was. I would probably be nicer in my everyday life if I drank more

However. When I go out, or if there's a party/gathering etc when I am planning on drinking I go balls to the wall. Drunk Kimmer is WAY more fun than Sober Kimmer.

Lately I have had <1 drink a week.  In fact, I have had 3 drinks in the last 7 weeks.  Damn were they goooooooooooood.

When I'm not trying to lose weight I have one glass almost every night whether that night includes a party or not.  I rarely throw down any more.  But I also rarely have true GNOs any more.  If I don't have to drive i can finish off a bottle of wine on my own, or drink 3-4 cosmo's.  It's been over a year if not longer since that happened.

Funny...this is NOT me.  The last two trips we've taken were to Napa so we did drink a lot of wine.

This. If we go out with friends I may have a few drinks. If we're at a friends house they are usually even more drinks invovled. Since DH is all training and what not he doesn't drink much so I don't have to worry about it. ; )

i enjoy a good buzz.  this probably happens like, once every 2-3 weeks or so... when it "can" happen (when i have no children, no night time commitments, and a willing driver).

on occasion, i cannot turn my mind off, so i'll bust open a bottle of wine at home, or have some sweet tea vodka with crystal light (whew, that didn't sound WT or anything, LOL).

 

i had mimosas this morning at a pre-opening party at a bridal store.

 

i can go weeks without having a drink, but i don't "try" or anything.

I would say it all averages out to about 2-3 drinks a week.  However, some weeks I drink a lot and others none.  I drink much more socially than at home.  Unless we have people over.

Lately not as much since I'm trying to lose weight but usually a few glasses of wine a week. Now that I'm not drinking during the week...I miss it. Wine is just too tasty.

I have wine every time I'm cooking, which is about 5 nights a week.  If I go out and I'm driving, I will have one or two drinks.  If someone else is driving, I'm gettin' shitty!

I usually don't drink during the week, but when I go out I will have several drinks at once.  (total binger)  This week is a very heavy week for me, where I had 4 drinks tonight, and will probably have 3-4 on Friday night.  A normal week would be 2-3 on Friday, and nothing else.

pretty much any time i'm social, i'm drinking.

i also usually have a glass of wine when i get home from work - when i'm picking up the house/chilling with the dogs/reading the mail/etc. if i'm cooking/baking, i always have wine. sometimes i cook just so i can have an excuse to drink a glass.
