DH wants biscuits for dinner(have breakfast for dinner). I don't want to spend the time kneading etc.
Any good recipes?
.EDIT: I don't have any baking mixes at home
Re: drop biscuit recipe?
Here's a healthy recipe for my favorite ones!

I make mine with sight measurements so I do not know if this is going to help you.
Self rising flour
Butter milk or regular milk - pour enough so that it circles the flour in the bowl
Vegetable oil - pour a 2-3 inch circle of vegetable oil into the milk.
Stir and drop biscuits into skillet. I like to use an iron skillet.
They are real fast and taste good. Sorry I do not have actual measurements.

I ended up with these and they were quite tasty!
