Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

HHC Suggestion - Track your Protein
Because, good lord, it's making all the difference for me. The nutritionist suggested that in addition to calories I start tracking fat, protein and carbs too. (I think most of the online trackers do this anyway, so it's easy.)
I thought I was doing good because I was doing a lot of frutis/veggies but I was only getting about half my recommended protein. I've been "in balance" now for about a week and a half and it's amazing the difference. I have SO much more energy, am not hungry between meals and the scale is moving.
Really, do it.
