I've definitely seen DW used on other message boards I've been on (that have both male and female posters), so you can certainly use that in response!

My MIL and FIL sign(ed) all their cards to me MIL and FIL after I used them as abbreviations in an email. I admitted it came from the Knot/Nest. They even call(ed) themselves the MIL and the FIL in person, too, as a running joke after that.

That's hilarious. @Patty, Yes I meant in emails and cards to me only, lol!  It started in cards and then spread to emails. Cracks me up every time.
