Questions about house cleaning services
I am thinking about taking the plunge with a cleaner, but I have some questions. Does anyone mind sharing some basic information about their cleaning service.
How much was the initial visit? How long did that last?
How much for follow up visits?
What schedule do you use- (1x per month, every other week, 1x per week, 2x per week)
Does your cleaner/service provide all their own supplies or do you provide them?

I don't really remember if she charged me more for the 1st visit or not, but I do knwo if was longer - like ~5 hours.

she provides all her own supplies. This was key to me b/c my mom always had to provide supplies for her cleaning lady and she was all rushing to clean rags and make sure she had the right cleaners the day before.
How much for follow up visits? $100 for follow-ups. That went up to $110 when I asked her to start sweeping and mopping the basement each time.
What schedule do you use- (1x per month, every other week, 1x per week, 2x per week) We were on an every-other-week schedule. It's all on hold for now, but we hope to return to that same schedule ASAP.
Does your cleaner/service provide all their own supplies or do you provide them? They provide/bring everything with them and will use eco-friendly cleaners for no additional charge if requested.
