If you have an Iphone...

can you please tell me how to respond to a post from it?? I can access our board, open a post, but never write anything. The keyboard doesn't show up and I can't figure out how to make the keyboard appear. (As you can tell, I am not tech savy at all!)

With the iPhone you either have to click the HTML link (next to like the smileys and things like that at the top of the reply box) and write it there, or you need to go to your settings and turn off Java.  The Nest doesn't support Java, it's way behind times, and it sucks, which is why I didn't get an iPad when I needed a new laptop.

This! I am on my iPad constantly, and I reply or post usually using the HTML link, to quote I turn off JavaScripting. Also when you type in the HTML box, to insert space/lines between your sentences, if you don't want the format all jumbled, you have to type <> with br in between the chevrons,, where you want the line break to be. It takes a little getting used to, but it's not that bad and I love my iPad and never even turn on my laptop these days.

Except that if you want to use any other website correctly, you always have to turn Java back on!  The Nest is so 2000s.  They need to get their sh!t together and launch a mobile browser-friendly site.
