I think we met some of your husband's students while hiking on Friday...there were 2 boys from a school in Lodi who made it up to the cables before the rest of their group...
I just wanted to let you/your DH know that they were really nice kids and were very well behaved--so often we (as in those who do not work with kids) see teens as difficult/immature, but these boys were a pleasure to speak with and I was very impressed. They even encouraged some others from our group as we were all making it up!
Anyways, I know teachers don't get to hear it often enough, so I just wanted to tell you to tell him good work
ps: the hike was awesome! scary, but awesome!

Re: **WineCountryWife**
I'm glad you had such a great hike!! I think I've been convinced to do it with them when my girls are old enough to do it with me - so then at least I have a few more years to get used to the idea! lol

Teachers deserve all the positive feedback they can get. They have a thankless, and yet vitally important job.
I'll post a pic of DH and I tonight when I get home from work
As promised, DH and I at the top of the subdome/before the cables.

We hiked a bit with another couple--she was wearing a yellow button up shirt and he was wearing a blue button up. She had a quasi-panic attack on the subdome, but calmed down in time for the cables.
hope the chapel talk went well!
