Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Found a new house!
We decided to walk away from the house I mentioned in my post below. We got the official inspection report and once I read it I knew there was no way I wanted to buy that house.
The new house we are going to make an offer on was just lowered 12K in price! We're going to meet with our agent early this week to get full details on it and schedule a second showing.
