Poll: How many countries have you been to?
1.) How many countries have you been to?
2.) Which country is next on your list to visit?
Re: Poll: How many countries have you been to?
1. 24 if you count the UK as one country (keep going back and forth on how I feel about this!)
2. We're going to India in October and possibly Brussels in November if I'm feeling okay.
BFP Apr 2012, EDD Dec 19 2012 * twin h/b at 6wk, 9wk scan * Baby A lost at 12wks, Baby B was my rainbow born at 36wks
1) I think it was approaching 40 at last count.
2) Fingers crossed, the Maldives in the winter would be the next new country. We are going to France this weekend, but we have been before.
ETA: edited for clarity
Cecilia arrived 12 October 2012
1) 15 countries although a few of them I've been to more than once.
2) Don't have any trips planned, but probably NZ or there is a sweet deal right now for Fiji at $475 return per person...
ooops, make that 17. I forgot Mexico. and Canada.
Not too many-I can count them-5
Probably Israel since we have family we need to see, but if were able to go somewhere as a vacation I think it would be the UK.
1. 14
2. We're going to Italy and France in September
1. 11 (although, as above posters have mentioned, many of those are multiple times)
2. Switzerland (just a week and a half to wait now)
1.19, I think.
2. We're leaving for Thailand in two days!
1. 19 countries so far - though several of them have been multiple times.
2. In a few weeks, we'll be going to Spain and more parts of Italy, then to Hungary in October.
25, again some several times.
Germany in a month for Oktoberfest (which will be a second time in Germany), than Ireland for the first time in October!
Wow, I was proud of my number: 10.
Our next travel destination will be home after the baby is born. Up until then, we're focusing on our move to our new house.
1. 64, like others some have been more than once, like I have been to Spain 10 plus times, and Ireland 4 times, Italy 4 times, etc
2. Our next trip is back to the UK and to Belgium for a Christmas market
1. 36, some more than once.
2. Since we'll be living on the west coast, I want to take the focus off of Europe for awhile and plan our next big trip to Japan... or perhaps New Zealand.
Now jumping domestically.
Well that was a crazy couple of years.
1. I think it is 17. I maybe missing one or two though.
2. We have no plans in the near future to travel to another country. I want to explore the US the way we explored Europe. Maine is going to be our next trip. My family went every summer when I was a child and I want Quint to experience it.
Cool!. How did you manage to visit so many places? Did you do some backpacking trips.
I have been to about 17 .
Now jumping domestically.
Well that was a crazy couple of years.
42, some for work.
Going to Copenhagen on the weekend, but it's a revisit. Would love to go to Svalbard. Or Russia.
I did 1 backpacking through Europe trip in college but they were all places i had already been. My parents love to travel (they have been to 90 countries I think?) and I grew up traveling internationally, and did a lot when I lived in the UK.
1) 22
2) Next country will be in October (France). Next new country will be in February... most likely Hungary, but not 100% sure yet.
1) 34 - lots of them more than once
2) next on the list is South Africa
1) We've been to 27 countries so far! It's cool that we've been keeping a map of our travels and I love the number when I count them all up. I personally counted Ireland, England, and Scotland as 3 countries!
2) Next on the list - Malta for scuba diving in 8 days!
IN's October Siggy Challenge: Halloween Costumes
Now jumping domestically.
Well that was a crazy couple of years.
1. 18 - mostly Europe
2. No exciting plans at the moment to see a new country.
I am going "home" in 3 weeks to see my parents and we are planning a trip to Hawaii in the winter, but that still doesn`t mean it`s a new country to add to the list
I believe 23
Once we are in the US i hope to travel to the Carribean more and i especially want to go to the Maldives or Mauritius for our dream honeymoon.
1. 11 countries, I believe
2. Chile or Colombia
I think it would be great to live in Europe where you can see so many countries at one time.
It should be 38+ by the end of the year. Next is Brazil, for work. Then Argentina and probably Uruguay. Then Antarctica, which isn't really a country (hence the "+").
1. I think it's only 7 for now....most trips are back to U.S. or Italy
2. Some other African countries! I really want to get up to Kenya/Tanzania but it will most likely be something down here soon, like Namibia or Mozambique. Not sure yet.
