Iceland?
I may eventually post this in travel, but I wanted to know if anyone here was living in Iceland. DH and I are going in about 3 months and while we know the various "tourist" things we want to do, we need help figuring out restaurants and nightlife (live music, a danceclub, fun local bars, etc.).

I don't think we have anyone on the board who lives in Iceland, unfortunately. I'm sure someone will have recs for you though. The board will be more lively tomorrow morning, as it's quite late here in the UK.

I've been to Iceland - was pretty expensive and I went in the winter. I hired a car and drove to see the geysir and frozen waterfall. Blue Lagoon is definitely worth it - but it's not in the city of Reykjavik, it's out of town, closer to the airport. Plenty of tours and things will take you there, or just drive if you rent a car. Easy to find.
