As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Responding...
This morning I received word a position that fits my qualifications came available. I sent my resume and within an hour later the hiring manager replied back asking me what date and time best works with me. I responded quickly. That was this morning....still no response back. When is a good time to call the hiring manager and talk about it over the phone instead of email (do not want to seem too pushy).

I also had an interview recently where I was called first but everything including my confirming that I will attend the interview was done via email.
