As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Just registered for my first 5k
I'm really excited. I've been running since May and have been running around 3 miles lately but I thought it would make it official if I ran an actual 5k. I can't wait for October.

I am really excited. I don't really have a time goal at the moment. I guess finish.
I think I'll do alright part of the race course is a part of the city that is my normal running spot.
I'm also excited because DH is going to do it too. He's never really been the athletic type so before I ran my run yesterday I ran the first day of C25k with him. Then went on my own run afterwards.
