Novi/Northville Recommendations

DH and I are looking to get a way for a night  for our anniversary and spend some time in the Novi/Northville area. Neither one of us has been there, and it seems like a lot of things to do. Plus if we stay home, we will be boring and work on our house!

 

I have googled and found places that seem interesting, but since a lot of you live in that area or near there, please reccommend

 

A nice restaurant for dinner

A place for brunch

a place to get a massage

 anything interesting you would add to do or see

Downtown Northville is really cute and a nice place to walk around and look in shops (it's not very large, I would estimate 2 or 3 blocks).  There is a restaurant/theater called Genitti's Hole in the Wall that is neat -- they do a dinner theater that might be fun for you and your DH.  )  The dinner is pretty good, and the theater is a little hokey (intentionally) but very entertaining.  They select a few people from the audience to play roles, and it's pretty funny.

A nice restaurant for dinner In D'town Northville, Tiramisu, Table 5, Genitti's, Novi has pretty much every chain possible, plus Andiamo, Melting Pot, Tin Fish.

A place for brunch In Northville/Livonia Sweet Loraine's in Laurel Park Place Mall (Yummy!!!!!!)

a place to get a massage Visions in Novi is really nice, I had one bad massage there and wouldn't go back for that, but their pedis are amazing!!!  Tricho in 12 Oaks Mall is also really good.

 anything interesting you would add to do or see Mill Race Village in d'town Northville, RePurpose in d'town is also on the HGTV show Cash & Cari so that can be cool to stop into, 12 Oaks Mall and the surrounding stores are good, a little drive away is The Henry Ford and Greenfield Village in Dearborn we love it there.
