Ring

How are your rings?

I have already lost two diamonds from my e-ring setting.  Thank goodness that we have the lifetime warranty on it.  I also need to get it resized because my fingers are fatter.  I don't want to get it resized because I plan on losing weight, correction I NEED to lose weight and I don't want to keep having it resized.

Other than that it is still sparkly and I love looking at it every day.

  • Oooh sorry about the stones!  At least you have the warranty though, that's good.

Mine are fine, no complaints.  I have a warranty too, so if I lost stones I'd be covered, but no issues yet (knock on wood!).  I just brought them in to be cleaned and inspected a couple of weeks ago because they were due, so they're nice and shiny.

  • sorry to hear you lost two diamonds, thank goodness you have the warranty!  i go get mine inspected every 6 months, and so far so good.  i have had my wedding band taken in some, and i would like to get it resized even more, but it's not an issue.  both are still pretty and sparkly and i still, 11 months and 2 weeks later, love looking at them :)
  • Boo for losing diamonds.

My still look great I need to get my E ring sized smaller. I was waiting till after I got pregnant figuring my fingers would swell but they haven't I actually think I have lost weight in my fingers my both my rings move around my finger all the time.

  • Both my rings could probably use a cleaning. I tend to wear my wedding band by itself lately because my fingers swell A LOT during the summer and its slightly bigger than my e-ring, which can get stuck on my finger. On cool nights, both my rings will slide around. Stupid fingers. Re-sizing my rings would be an issue.

  • OMG I would flip if I lost diamonds out of my setting. Thank gosh you have the warranty!

My e-ring is still looking good! Right now I need to get it cleaned but other than that it's awesome. I need to get my band re-dipped because it has some scratches on it.

  • I just put a scratch on my e-ring.  But I was going to get it re-dipped when I get back from vacation anyway - are you supposed to do that every year?  Otherwise my rings look good.

My mom once lost the main diamond in her setting.  My dad and I went to the playground to try and find it before a storm washed it away.  I was only 3 or so, and I remember the dark clouds.  But I saw something shiny and it turned out to be her stone!

  • love mine so much still still!  no missing diamonds (knock on wood), I get them inspected every 6 months, and use jewelry cleaner periodically in between to keep them looking nice and sparkly!  I have only had mine redipped once since I got them, and think it's probably something I'll do one a year.
