I LOVED our mortgage guy. He was with Academy Mortgage up until very recently and he just went over to Nova... Here is his info... He was so easy to work with. We did everything via phone and email so that was nice too!!

Dana Unger helped us get our house and she is wonderful....
We used Nova and they really dropped the ball on us. Almost lost our home, took forever to get things squared away.
They told us we were approved with DH and I both on the loan. DH was a 1099 contract employee at the time. They told us there was NO ISSUE at all with that. Then like the week before we are to close all of a sudden his employment isnt good enough and we have to scramble to get the loan only in my name and thankfully I was approved for what we needed to get the house.
Did we get a loan and a house, yes.
Was it a total crap shoot and pain in the ass, yes.
