We just used this woman while we were in Costa Rica a few weeks ago. She was nice and came and met with us a few days before we left. I'm not sure if she travels to Katy but Sugar Land is close enough so it's worth a shot. If not, maybe she has a recommendation. Otherwise, I'd tell your colleague to call their vet for suggestions.
