zinc cough drops...death...omg...
i just put one in my mouth because i had a few at my desk and i know they can help get rid of sore throats and colds quick...but GAG....

thankfully, i don't have any other bad symptoms...and things haven't gotten worse...the sore throat has actually moved over to the other side of my throat from where it started, and i feel it is getting better....
i am just keeping the vitimin C on overload...and drinking lots of water...and keeping the hands washed and out of my face...
Lauren, take some Mucinex D as that will help to keep you from getting anything else. Don't take too much Vit C (there is a such thing) and keep drinking hot tea w/lemon.

I think the lemonade flavored vitamin water has zinc in it too. That might be a better tasting way to get rid of sore throat.
nope...no drainage, no sneezes....no nothing else! just the throat....
i have my suspicion that the cooler drier air has had something to do with it....

i have some dayquil and nyquil at home...but contact works wonders for me...so i have some of that right now...although i haven't had to take any today! i really think it is going away! YES!!! i don't get sick often...and usually, when i do, it knocks me on my a$$ quick...
