Has anyone tried freezing salsa?
All those tomatoes at the farmers market this morning were calling to me, and ever since I've been trying to come up with an excuse to go buy a bunch of them.
I don't have canning supplies, but I'm thinking I could make up a big batch of salsa and freeze it. I've found a few recipes online that seem to suggest it would work. But has anyone on here done it? I'm curious how good it tastes after it's been frozen for awhile then thawed.
