Legal Secretary
The Office of the Attorney General of Iowa is seeking internal and external applicants for a Legal Secretary position in the Crime Victim Assistance Division. The position will be classified as a Legal Secretary 1 or Legal Secretary 2, depending on qualifications. Excellence in customer service, accurate data entry, computer competency, confidentiality, multitasking, ability to work at a rapid pace, and a capacity to work with diverse people is required. The position requires dependability, good judgment, and the ability to work with traumatic information. Experience in victim services, insurance, public assistance, health care, or the justice system is helpful.
