I was up all night again last night. I don't want to take a nap now because I don't want the same thing to happen again. This lack of sleep is making me really lazy though. I should run to the grocery store, and I really don't feel like it. My insomnia is wearing on DoggieCrushing too. He can't sleep when I can't sleep at night. He has no problem napping during the day though.
Re: I am so lazy today
I'm tired too-- I didn't hear the cat causing trouble last night and got it in my head that he somehow got out of the house... so at 3, I was wide awake listening for 45 minutes until I finally convinced myself to put on my glasses and get up. Well, turns out he was asleep against the wall next to the bed. I could have saved myself the stress and worry by looking for him instead of pondering it for an hour.
Can you go for a walk? Will the sun (if it's still sunny out- no idea since I'm at work) make you feel more energized? I'd go for the nap anyway... but that's just me!
You are like, 12 years pregnant. It's okay to be lazy!
I remember those last weeks. I didn't sleep because DS played kickball with my bladder nonstop from 11-5 nightly.
I did go for a walk. It made me hot. Ha ha ha.
Punky-the bladder thing is awful. On nights that I actually am sleepy I am up five times or more to pee. Every time I shift a little in bed I get a squeeze on my bladder.
LOL!
And, wow, I can't imagine how much it sucks to get up that many times a night to pee!
I feel guilty. Ha ha ha.
Don't feel guilty - you're not going to get to be lazy/sleep this much again until your kid leaves for college. Maybe. So you've totally got to get it in while you can!
(Did that help?)
