As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

bad storm prep
So funny. Before a kid, I would not have done any of this.
But now because of the possible hurricane (and maybe tornados since we are in that red area on weather.com) and such in the area, I want to make sure we are stocked up. Heard on NPR on the way home that NH is telling people to be prepared to be 3 days without power (I would go nuts if I had the freezer stash I had). So DH is at the store, getting water, bread, peanut butter, etc to make sure we are ok. I filled up my car.
Just funny how now I am worried about things like this and want to make sure we are good.
So anyone else thinking about stocking up / getting ready?

Don't forget to get cash to keep on hand just in case as well.
Some stores can open w/out power, but the CC machines/ATMS won't work. Also cash talks- you can get a lot done by flashing the green.
