Do you have a back up generator?
We do, but ours is broken. The in-laws gave it to us after that ice storm a couple of years back. I asked DH about it today, and he said he needs to fix something on it. I just froze a ton of food today so I am really hoping that either he will fix the generator before the hurricane, or we won't lose power.

I''m now hearing on the news that the worst of it will be in western MA.
We had a backup generator for our house in PA, and we want to get one when we move into the new house.
