The UPS guy finally showed up with my serger! I set it up and fixed all of the settings (took me a while to get the tension right). Tomorrow I plan to make cloth wipes! Yay!

Congrats! Catching up on your previous posts, while you still have Prime, go ahead and spend the big bucks (heh) for this book. It's very nice for the $.
Have fun! I'm surprised you had to fiddle with the tension on a new serger, though- I never have to mess with mine, unless I'm doing a rolled or narrow hem or doing something weird. It's just a straight (4)-4-4-4 across the board the bulk of the time.
Mine was set at 6-5-4-4. It kept bunching up my fabric. I ran across the 4-4-4-4 tip in the book, switched it, and everything worked great!
That book is quite expensive. It may break the bank! haha. I'm expecting a $5 amazon gift card from Swagbucks in a day or two, I just might have to use it for the book.
