jalepenos?

I have a ton of jalepenos from my moms garden. I'm going to make some poppers with some of them but need ideass on what to do with the rest....any ideas???

I core them, blanch them, stuff them with blue cheese (or any cheese) and grill them.

Grill a few, dice them and add them to some cream cheese and little bacon as a burger spread... delish.

They freeze really well if you want to save them for the winter.  We grow serranos (very similar) and I halve them, take the seeds out and freeze in a baggie.  We make salsa all year with them.

I do this with jalepenos and onions. They are great in soups and casseroles in the winter months.

Duh! Why didn't I think of salsa! That will also solve my ton 'o tomatoe problem! Good to know they freeze well, I will probably have to do that too.
