Mass producible(sp?) Christmas gifts?

What are you making this year for several people? Between the 2 of us we have 8 aunts/uncles that we like to do a 'partner' type gift for...... Jam will be one thing and maybe something else.

I was thinking cup cozies, hot pads, gadget sleeves, or pot holders...

I just gave as gifts, bought on super clearance but easily DIY, an oven mit with a baggie inside that all the dry ingredients to make brownies or cookies with the other items needed and directions on a card attached. You could do a recipe that used your jam to tie it all together.

Last year we did Alphabet Photography.  It was a bit of work, but it went over really well. 

I used all of my own photography, I cut all of the mats myself.  They turned out beautifully. 

Not sure if it would be something you are interested in.  It's not too hard to find letters in nature.

If you're sticking w/ kitchen type stuff, you could add homemade Vanilla Extract.  People usually start it in Sept.  Add a few tea towels or potholders in a nice basket.

What about a "movie night" basket? Popcorn, redbox gift certificates, cozy blanket, etc.

I have toyed with doing tea towels using this technique for transferring black and white images for my aunts and grandmas. My alternate idea is to make a set of greeting cards.

Last year my BFF did infused Vodka and Olive oils. Big hit with all the couples. My Brother made Blackberry Wine, which was killer. Tasted like late summer in your mouth.

Oh one year, I made monogrammed pillow cases for the couples and hand towels for the bathroom. I made fun personalized pillow case for the little cousins. I had a great time picking out crazy fabrics for each kid.

I did hot chocolate for two. I did hot chocolate cones, chocolate dipped spoons with crushed peppermint, and holiday mugs.
