Funniest Irene Purchase
DH insisted we needed a battery operated radio in case we lose power and possibly need to evacuate. He got out of work early yesterday and went on a hunt for one. Despite their name, Radio Shack does not actually carry radios, lol. He ended up at PC Richards and told me he found the last battery operated AM/FM radio. He was so excited because it even had a weather channel programmed in...but it did not have speakers, only a headphone jack. He said, "No worries. We can hook it up to your ipod speakers."
When he came home, I needed to see what kind of radio he spent $30 on that didn't come with speakers.

HE BOUGHT A WALKMAN!! Needless to say, we'll be returning that thing to 1980 on Monday.
