no really....it's available like 3 months ago.
This real estate market is just miserable ladies!
Positive: 5 sets of people came to our Open House today.
Negative: They were far more interested in buying DH's sports car (which is NOT for sale). Ha. Our realtor (who is funny and sassy) told them everything is negotiable. What a line.

Re: Please buy our house
Everything IS negotiable
I'm sure that at some price your DH would sell it.... It may not a reasonable price, but it's still negotiable
Email me the MLS number, I have several buyers right now. You just never know.

I am with you 100%!!
Unfortunately, ours is in College Station where the market for our squarefootage and price range is super super saturated. We've been listed since April and haven't had a showing in about a month. One offer the whole time. And we are talking about a 2 year old house on a corner lot with upgrades, built by one of the best builders in town. There's just so much new construction in the area. :-/
I hope yours sells soon.
I am with you 11000000%. Please buy MY house.
oh, i agree w/ you... i meant what part of town, so i could put the word out... i know a couple of ppl looking!
lol. everyone who comes by our house always has to ask about DH's 66 mustang.
we got super lucky with our house, we had an offer a month after we put it on the market, but we ended up selling it for what we paid for it. 6 years ago. but we can't swing both rent and a mortgage for long, so we had to price it to move.
Have you seen my monkey?
You're so lucky. We built 3 years ago. A foreclosure (in pristine condition minus a few appliances) across the street just sold after being on the market for over 6 months at $100,000 less than the original price 3 years ago. Gulp!
