not much really. the long weekend, i guess?
i cant believe we've been married for two years. time flies. we dont have any labor day weekend plans other than anniversary dinner and a family reunion.

I guess I'm looking forward to that because the rest of this week is going to be awful. I hate football season so much.
I'm also one week closer to my position change at work, so that's exciting.
Well, this week was supposed to be our last big week before the 'season' ends after Labor day... but I don't think they are even letting tourists in at this point, so we might be way slower than we usually are. Doesn't really hurt my feelings, I'm ready for the the fall!
Matt was saying this morning 'wouldn't that be funny if you went into labor on Labor Day?' and I said 'maybe for a second, but we need to cook him for at least another month before I'm ok with him getting outta here'.
I can't believe September starts this week.... AHHHHHH!!!!!
I'm probably going to visit a friend today, maybe run a couple of errands while I'm out, but that's really it. And I'm ok with that, because AFTER this week is when Samma's party becomes priority, and I'm going to go insane....
ETA: Now it appears as if we are going out for my friend's birthday on Friday. Yay!

We've got a pre-season game on Thursday night that we have all 5 tickets to so it should be a good time.
The long weekend involves a bridal shower and trip up to Lake Geneva for some R&R with my parents and the bff's so it should be a good time.
Other than that just looking forward to pay day on Friday!

If my sister doesn't have a work meeting, we're going to see The Help with my mom tonight, so that should be nice.
Wednesday we have visit #2 from Jordan's Furniture, this one about the large, painted over scratch on our supposedly new dresser. I'm going to try really hard not to cry at this man.
ETA: Apparently visit #3 from Jordan's is also happening this day. This visit is from the man who hopefully repairs our mangled door frame.
Friday I think we might drive up to Bar Harbor to visit with friends. It's a long drive just to stay one night, but since our CA trip got moved to the end of the month, we literally have nothing else planned for this weekend/our anniversary.
Mark is headed to Boston again, so its just me and my brother and Charlotte. Tonight I have book club with friends- we read The Middle Place - by Kelly Corrigan. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quick read.
The rest of the week is pretty lame. Just looking forward to the weekend!
Tonight I am trying spinning for the first time! I'm excited, but not gonna lie, a bit nervous. I hope I can hang.....
Tomorrow chiropractor, which I'm excited about since I totally spaced on my appt last week and can't wait for an adjustment.
I could do without the gyn procedure I have scheduled for Wednesday, so I'll skip ahead to dinner with some girls on Thursday night, and then hopefully some beach time on the Cape this weekend.

- on Friday I have a work luncheon at a really yummy catfish joint
Belated post, but this morning I was looking forward to my BFF coming to town. She took me out for sushi and beer, and we got killer brownies (even though I still have one left).
Wednesday-Saturday my dad and step mom will be in town visiting, so it'll be nice to see them.
